Stefan Walters

I am a Systemic Psychotherapist with twenty years of experience in the fields of counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and groups. I specialise in working with relational issues, trauma and attachment, and peak performance.
I qualified as a Systemic Family Therapist, am a fully trained Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, and a fully certified Brainspotting therapist, offering counselling and Brainspotting in Central London, Harrow, and Hertfordshire to help you move forward.

I can help with all kinds of individual and relational issues, and some of areas of specialism are recovery from narcissistic abuse and avoidant discard, understanding trauma bonding, separation and divorce, parenting issues, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, SEN challenges, autistic burnout, ADHD coaching, performance blocks, addictions, fidelity issues, mood disorders, complex trauma, and couples therapy. Whatever you need to talk about, I will work with you in a safe and secure setting to uncover the source of the problem, and to move forwards toward a satisfactory and fulfilling solution.

 

I am a Multicultural trauma-informed counsellor and nervous system health practitioner, and I work with people of all ethnicities, cultures, religions, ages, genders and sexual persuasions, all over the world.
