I was the clinical lead for addiction services in NHS Brent (NW London) prior to starting my private practice work. I am an expert in the fields of relationships and wellbeing, and regularly teach these topics as part of the psychology diploma course at the Albany Centre in St Albans, UK. I have also taught workshops across the UK for organisations such as Mankind, the ACPNL, and the Jewish Marriage Council.
I have an extensive portfolio of written work, having been published worldwide (please click the profile page for a recent list of articles). I have presented at international conferences and mental health events, and am available to speak at corporate team building or wellbeing events. I work with companies, Occupational Health providers, and Human Resources contacts to provide mental health support in workplaces, and previously served as the Clinical Lead at the Lloyds Wellbeing Centre in Lloyds Of London.
